This short, full‑strength format features a reddish Colorado‑hued African Cameroon wrapper over a Dominican binder and filler, crafted at Tabacalera Fuente. Its signature detail is a dark circular tobacco accent at the cap, designed to resemble a bullseye and give the cigar its name. Produced in the Dominican Republic, Don Carlos Eye of the Bull is a PCA Exclusive release available only to retailers within the Premium Cigar Association.
